As one of the largest European outsourcing and consulting experts, we grow every day with the challenges we face

“Good” can always become “better” – we are convinced of that. Capita Europe was born out of this conviction: in 2015 Capita, Great Britain’s leading outsourcing specialist, took over three successful individual brands, including the market leader in German-speaking countries. The three companies were united under the Capita brand and have since been present in Germany and Switzerland as part of the Customer Management Division.

The flexibility, diversity and size of Capita gives us access to extensive know-how, almost unlimited capacities, diverse innovative technologies and valuable partnerships: over 50,000 people work for Capita in more than 450 locations in the German-speaking area and beyond. Since it was founded in 1984, Capita has grown organically and through targeted acquisitions has become one of the most successful European outsourcing companies. With six divisions – software, HR solutions, customer management, technology, public sector services and special services – Capita’s most recent annual turnover was £3.64 billion. The company is based in London.
